Policies

  • Check-in after 3:30 PM

  • Minimum age to rent: 18

  • Check out before 10:30 AM

  • Children allowed: ages 0-17

  • Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings

  • No pets allowed

  • Smoking is not permitted

  • Please be aware the City of Charlevoix's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. That means no loud music or noise within earshot of neighboring houses.

Damage & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Additional Info

  • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on the property policy

  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

  • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed

  • Parties and events (including family gatherings, birthday parties, and weddings) are allowed on site; maximum number of attendees: 25
